We have an annual conference on September 29, 2012 at Higashiyama Campus, Nagoya University(Furo-cho, Chikusa-ku, Nagoya, Aichi). We will have a symposium titledWhat do we expect in Mathematical Linguistics?with five invited speakers. We look forward to your proposals of research presentation. The person who will submit her/his paper should send the abstract during June 1st and July 11th. Please send a letter which includes the followings via either postal mail to Management Office of The Mathematical Linguistic Society of Japan Room #3118, The 3rd Building Tokyo Woman's Christian University Zempukuji 2-6-1 Suginami-ku, Tokyo, 167-8585 or email Address: submission@math-ling.org with a PDF file which incluldes the following informaition: (a) Name(s) and Affiliation(s): At least one of the authors should be a member of our society (b) Title and Abstract: Abstract should be less than or equal to 300 words, and printed in one page (including figures and tables). (c) Presentation Time Spans: Select from 15 min., 20 min. and 30 min. You will be given a time slot for discussions other than presentation. Please let us know if you use an OHP and/or projector. (d) Address: We will notify whether your paper is accepted or not, which will be delivered by early August. (e) If you need an invitation letter, notify the name and address which the invitation letter should be sent to (only when your paper is accepted). (Note) We will make a handbook. The presenters will be requested to send a paper which has at most 4 pages by mid August.
